Pre-fabricated waterproofing membrane made of distilled bitumen and elastomeric polymers (SBS) having a woven non woven single strand composite polyester reinforcement, which provide the membrane with high mechanical characteristics and excellent dimensional stability. The waterproofing compound has a special inorganic and non toxic additive which confer to the product a flame retardant action.
Advantages:

• The high elasticity of SBS type mixes with cold flexibility of -25°C is ideal for ensuring good adhesion to the surface and better resistance to impacts.
• The reinforcement with non-woven fabric made of spunbonded polyester fibre with high mechanical characteristics and excellent dimensional stability is ideal for roofs subject to dimensional variations, moreover the high basis weight of the reinforcement allows to obtain excellent resistance to perforation.
• The 4 mm thickness measured on the selvedge allows it to be used in a single layer and increases impact resistance.
• The self-protection with slate chippings allows it to be used as a top layer and increases resistance to shearing caused by hail.
